Happiness cannot be purchased.
Materials items do not bring happiness only evaporating pleasure.

Others cannot make you happy.
They can only make you smile and laugh for a fleeting momemt.

Your favorite piece of chocoloate does not bring happiness.
It is only a weakness of the flesh and spirit.

Happiness comes from within not without.
Only you can sow the seed of happiness from within your soul.

Do not seek happiness from unnatural elements.
Look for it where you find joy.

Once you find it do not let it go.
Because a life without happiness leads to long suffering.
