A man was walking through a pasture when he sees a bull off in the distance. The man stops and starts to walk the opposite direction of the bull. When the bull sees the man walking, the bull starts to charge toward the man at full speed. The man considers his options; either run toward the fence or run toward a near-by tree. The man chooses to run toward the tree. As he gets closer, he looks over his shoulder and sees that the bull is gaining quickly. The man realizes that he is going to have to jump to catch the lowest hanging branch of the tree which is a several feet above his head. As the man nears the tree, the sound of the bulls hooves hitting the ground grow louder. The man times his jump, but misses catching the low hanging branch in his outstretched hands.


However, he did manage to grab the branch on the way down......
